Where can I find E-Tickets QR Code?
You can find QR Code in KKTIX App, My Tickets Page on KKTIX, and your booking E-mail.

Download KKTIX App

Open KKTIX App and find the "Ticket" icon in the bottom menu.

Find your tickets in your registered events.

You may see your detailed registration information and your QR Code tickets.
* For some events, the QR Code ticket is only available through the KKTIX App.

Click on "My Tickets" on the menu.

KKTIX Email

Once you complete your order, KKTIX will send an order confirmation email to your inbox. If you purchase tickets without logging in as a KKTIX member, the email will include QR Code ticket that can be used directly for entry at the event.
How to use E-tickets?
At KKTIX events, you can show your E-tickets with any way mentioned above. Once the QR Code is scanned and confirmed, you are good to go. When you cancel your order or refund your tickets, your QR Code will be invalid at the same time.
